V4 Scale-up and Investor Programme aims to boost communication and encourage regional investor and startup co-operations in the field of sustainability. The programme is based on an event series dedicated to V4 countries (Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia) organized with the goal of building community and finding the best regional startups and scaleups and to connect them with investors. The concept is based on B2B and networking events in three locations throughout V4 countries involving the VC-s and companies interested in regional co-investments.

The Visegrad Fund

The International Visegrad Fund is an international donor organisation established by the governments of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and  Slovakia).  Its aim is to support closer understanding and cooperation among people in  the V4  region,  as well as between the V4 region and other countries and regions, particularly in the non-EU neighbourhood of the Eastern Partnership countries and in the Western Balkans.

The fund does foster the development of civil society by financing joint grant projects and by awarding university scholarships and artist residencies. The fund’s annual budget of €8 million consists of equal contributions by the V4 governments.
